Getting There

Metro: Oud Metha Metro Station (Green Line) is the nearest station, approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the stadium. The walk takes you through residential streets — straightforward and well-lit for evening matches.

Taxi/Careem: Tell the driver “Al Nasr Sports Club” or “Al Nasr Stadium, Oud Metha.” Drop-off is directly at the stadium entrance. Taxis are readily available in the area after matches.

Parking: Street parking and designated match day parking is available in the surrounding area. Arrive 30-45 minutes before kick-off to secure a space. Major derbies against Al Wasl or Sharjah FC will see higher attendance — arrive earlier.

The Al Nasr Experience

Al Nasr FC is one of the UAE’s most successful clubs, having won the Arabian Gulf League multiple times. The atmosphere at home matches can be surprisingly passionate — the ultras end of the stadium generates genuine noise for big local derbies. The club has a historic identity in Dubai football and attracts strong support from UAE nationals.

Match day at Al Nasr is an authentic local experience quite different from the large international events at Coca-Cola Arena. The stadium is compact, the food is local (shawarma, karak tea), and you will be in a crowd that genuinely cares about the result.

Arabian Gulf League Season

The Arabian Gulf League season runs from roughly October through May each year. Al Nasr typically play 15-16 home matches per season. Key fixtures to look out for:

  • Dubai Derby: Al Nasr vs. Al Wasl — the biggest local rivalry in Dubai football
  • Al Nasr vs. Al Ain: Traditional rival from Abu Dhabi
  • Al Nasr vs. Sharjah FC: Top-end Arabian Gulf League fixture

Tickets

Al Nasr match tickets are among the most affordable live sporting experiences in Dubai. Prices typically range from AED 20-100 depending on seating category, with premium covered seating at the higher end. Tickets can be purchased through the UAE Pro League website (uaeleague.com) or at the stadium on match days — though major fixtures can sell out the premium sections.

For non-UAE residents attending an Arabian Gulf League match, bring your passport or Emirates ID as identification may be required at entry points. The stadium has separate family and general admission sections. Alcohol is not served at the stadium.
